Twenty Four hours ago at 8pm on Saturday 26th May 2012 the doors to the De Valence Pavilion in Tenby swung open on Renaissance3 "Here comes the Summer" and just over Six Floor Filling hours later, at 2am this morning, the wonderful Renaissance Folk made their way home buoyed by the experience that was Renaissance3!
It was the best Renaissance ever and the next one, Renaissance4 on Saturday 8th Septemebr 2012, will be even better!
There are not many more magical sights than a dance floor bursting with people grooving and smiling and last night gave Team Renaissance unequivocal evidence that our belief that if you gather all the Right People in the Right Place at the Right Time and fill that place with all the Right classic Floor Filler anthems everyone present is absolutely guranteed to feel the total 'Buzz' that is Renaissance.
We would not be foolish enough to rest on our laurels . . . We will always seek continuous improvement and we will always aim to make every Renaissance experience Fresh and wholesome.
We can do everything within our power but without the support of the several hundred amazing Renaissance folk who attend each Renaissance Event ,and who commit to purchasing their ticket when they are released, we are just simple folk who enjoy a Top Night out!
Bless all of you who attended last night and bless you for your kind and encouraging words about Renaissance.
Bless also those who couldn't make it last night and who made that known to me whilst at the same time offering fantastic support for the event.
I shall be presenting a cheque to Geoff and Pat Somner our local Cancer Research UK Reps later in the week and I shall be asking them to draw out two ticket numbers from the first 250 tickets solfd and those ticket holders will receive free entry to Renaissance4 & Renaissance5.
So onwards and upwards . . . Renaissance4 is on Saturday 8th September, Renaissance5 "The Holly & the Lively" is on Sat 1st December and has got to be just about the best idea for any Christmas Works Nights Out . . . And then on Saturday 31st December it is Renaissance NYE (New Years Eve).
Before all of that Renaissance is venturing into new territory on Saturday 28th July 2012 when the absolutely breathtaking 'Smiths Indeed' take to the stage at the De Valence Pavilion in Tenby in what will be the Gig of the Year for West Wales. With full suporting Indie and Brit Pop Disco playing everything from Blur to Oasis, Suede to Shed Seven, New Order to New Model Army, Sonic Youth to the Pixies, the Ramones to the Rich Kids and so very much more!
Tickets available now for an amazingly low price of £10 in advance and they will, if there are any left, £15 on the door. Get your tickets from Tenby Newsagents (Opposite the Five Arches) or here at this site www.renaissancetenby.com on the Siths Indeed tab and via the link to Ticketweb.

With only 70 hours to go until the De Valence Pavilion opens its doors on Renaissance3 "Here comes the Summer" and we are excited to announce that former Professional Radio DJ Adrian Andrews has joined the crew and will be spinning classic Floor Filler Tunes from 1965 to 1995 with our very own Renaissance DJ Nicky Lloyd.
So in addition to our excellent resident Renaissance Band Gary Gary & the Collective, who have an exciting new set list, you will here a few DJ sets from Adrian and Nicky.
Tenby Ladies Circle are selling Bacon Butties throughout the night in support of their chosen charities and our Events Designers Cath Graham and Darren Coates, will have the Hall and the Light Shows looking typically tropical.
Anyone with a birthday this week or next week make yourself known to adrian and Nicky and we will give you a 'Shout-Out' on the night and our photographer will be looking for the next Renaissance Poster Model (Male or Female) so get your gladrags on and get on that dancefloor.
There are still tickets available but we are now entering the customary last minute scramble and the only way to be sure of being at the 'Hottest' night out in town is to get along to Tenby Newsagents (Opposite the Five Arches) in the next couple of days.
